Prices, offers, and how a rental works
- Renting a piecePick your dates and Jelly it. No offer to send, no waiting to be chosen.
- Rental periods and datesOne price for a period the lender sets, and how the start and end dates work.
- Paying for a rentalYou are charged at booking: the rental and the delivery legs, by card, credit or both.
- Making an offerAsk for a different total, or for longer than the lender's period.
- CancellingThe terms are on each piece. Full refund within 2 hours, and no cancelling once it's on its way.
- Buying a pieceSome listings sell as well as rent. One delivery leg, and 12 hours to check it.
Getting the piece

- Receiving your pieceIt arrives by courier, by hand or by parcel, and you film it inside 12 hours.
- Condition reportsTwo short films: one when it arrives, one before it goes back. Both matter.
- Not as describedReport within 12 hours of delivery, with photos, and return it the same day.
- Fit refundsSet by the lender, per listing, and paid in Jelly credits.
