Seen in Jelly: the creator program

Post a rental you're wearing, keep it up 14 days, and the rental comes back to you as credit.

On this page

Post a photo or video of yourself wearing something you rented on Jelly, and the rental comes back to you as Jelly credit. It's our creator program: you wear the piece, you post it, and once the post has stayed up 14 days and the piece is back with its closet, the rental price you paid lands in your credit.

Who it's for

Anyone on Jelly with a public Instagram or TikTok they're proud of. Add your handle to your profile and you'll see Ask about our creator program under it. Apply there. It takes a minute. We read every application ourselves, so not everyone is accepted, and we'll ask you to show us the account is yours by sending a short code from it. If you've added your handle and don't see the row, the program isn't taking applications right now.

How a post counts

  • It's you, wearing the piece you rented: your own photo or video, the piece clearly seen, taken while you had it.
  • On Instagram, a post, a carousel or a Reel. On TikTok, a video. Stories don't count.
  • It carries the words on your Creator screen at the start of the caption, and it tags @shoponjelly. Your Creator screen has a Copy button for them.
  • Your account is public, and the post stays up (not deleted, not archived, the words still on it) for 14 days after you add it.
  • Add it to the rental in the app, any time from the day the piece arrives until 14 days after your rental ends: open the rental and tap Add my post.
  • One post for each rental, and up to two posts a month.

What you get, and when

The rental price you paid (not delivery, coverage or tax), up to $150 a post and $1,500 in a calendar year, as Jelly credit. It lands 14 days after you add the post, once we've checked it's still up and your rental is complete. Until then it shows as pending on the rental and on your Creator screen.

It's credit like any other Jelly credit: you choose when to use it at checkout, it isn't cash, it can't be sent to a bank or passed to anyone else, and it doesn't expire. See Credits, referrals and promo codes.

Your invite link is on your Creator screen too. A friend who joins with it and completes her first rental adds $10 to your credit, as it does for everyone.

What we never ask

We never ask you to say anything nice. What you say about the piece, the closet or Jelly is yours, and it never decides whether a post counts.

If something's off

If your post is missing something, we'll tell you in the app and you'll have 48 hours to fix it. Then tap Check again. A post that comes down before its 14 days doesn't count. A rental between friends to earn credit, someone else's photo, or anything else that isn't honest can end your place in the program.

Using your posts

Your photo stays yours. We may share your post on Jelly's own channels with your handle on it. We'll never run it as an ad from your account unless you give that permission in Instagram yourself.
